The Branch is in the midst of electing its next steering committee, fresh off the resounding win (and huge number of doors knocked) of Shayla Adams-Stafford to the District 5 County Council seat. We have also launched a regular monthly branch newsletter, the People’s Bulletin, which in tune with its name is intended to gain readership outside our own membership, to identify and grow progressive tendencies in the county and to, of course, make our DSA branch known as the place to be if you want to organize, not just complain or be dissatisfied.
